Paul J Buck , 69

Paul J Buck Paul J. "Red" Buck, 69, of 695 E. Western Reserve Rd., Poland, Ohio 44514, formerly of 831 Croton Ave. New Castle, died the morning of November 10, in the Cleveland Clinic Hospital.

Born January 27, 1939 in Warren, Ohio, he was the son of the late William C. and Ida Mae Richards Buck. He was married for 7 years to the former Donna L. Frazier, she survives.

Red was a self-employed Auto Dealer, he ran Red's Automotive Sales and Red's Towing on Croton Ave., and he recently retired after 44 years of service. Red was a Heavy Equipment Operator for 41 years, working for the Operating Engineers, Local #66. Red served as Lead Engineer and as Steward on many job sites. He carried Parent Body Book for many years with the Local #66 in Youngstown, Ohio and Monroeville, Pa.

Red was one of the largest snow plowing specialists in Lawrence Co. for over 40 years. Red enjoyed being involved in local and state politics his whole life.
He also enjoyed being with his friends and talk about current events. Red loved his family, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. He really loved shopping with his granddaughter Maddie.

In addition to his wife Donna L. Buck, survivors include three sons and daughter-in-laws, Timothy P. and Donna Buck, Christopher T. and Sylvia Buck, and Daniel P. and Sharon Donaldson Jr., all of New Castle; two daughters and son-in-laws, Brenda Lee and Fred Charles and Candice Marie and Barry Dunmire of New Castle; one sister, Sandra (Sandy) Graffiust of Sarasota, FL; twelve Grandchildren and four Great-Grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Larry L. Graffiust and James Graffiust.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Wednesday, November 12 from 12 to 3 p.m. and 5 to 8 p.m. at the Noga Funeral Home, Inc., 1142 S. Mill St. New Castle.

A funeral service will be conducted on Thursday, November 13 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Committal service and entombment will take place at Castleview Mausoleum.
