Cloyd G Altman , 70
Cloyd G. Altman, 70, of 606 Court St., New Castle, died the evening of December 16, 2008, in his residence.
Born September 21, 1938, in New Castle, to the late Julian and Charolette Allshouse Oscar.
Cloyd was retired from the Asphland Tree Co. He was a site supervisor. He also worked as a truck driver for many years.
Cloyd loved working on old cars and going to the car shows.
Survivors include three sons, Doug Altman from New Castle, Jeff Altman from Farmington, PA, and Craig Altman from New Castle; two brothers, Clarence Altman and Henry Altman both of Harlansburg, PA; sister and brother-in-law, Shirley and Robert Barber of Hermitage, PA; two Grandchildren and two Great-Grandchildren.
Cloyd was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Raymond Altman.
A Private Memorial service will be held at a later date.
Burial will be in the Harlansburg Unity Baptist Cemetery.
