Frances M Suzow , 83
Frances M. Suzow, 83, of Rhodes Estates, formerly of 1727 Highview Drive, New Castle, died the morning of July 18 in her residence.
Frances was born August 4, 1924 in New Castle. She was married for 60 years to the late Francis R. Suzow. She has been a life long resident of Lawrence County. Frances was Roman Catholic. She was a former member and very active in the S.S. Philip & James Silver Threads and life member of the Altar Society.
Frances was also a member of the St. Joseph Widow's Club. Frances worked for many years at Western Union as a bookkeeper, where she retired.
Frances enjoyed gardening, cooking, and baking. But, most of all she loved her home and family.
Frances was survived by a brother and sister-in-law, Mr/Mrs. Stephen J. Lubinski of New Castle. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
Calling hours for family and friends will be held on Sunday, July 20 at the Noga Funeral Home Inc, 1142 S. Mill St., from 2-4pm and 6-8pm.
A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Monday at 10:00am, July 21 at the St. Joseph the Worker Parish. Rev. Robert J. Schweitzer, Pastor of St. Joseph the Worker Parish will officiate.
A procession will leave Noga Funeral Home at 9:30am for mass. The Committal service and burial will take place at Madonna Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
