Ann D Severa , 85
Ann D. Severa, 85, of 105 W. Liberty St., Apt 301, Hubbard, Ohio 44425 died the afternoon of Aug 31, 2008 in O'Brien Memorial Health Care Center, 563 Brookfield Ave., Masury, OH.
Born January 18, 1923 to the late Joseph and Frances Wojciechowski Dadejko. Ann was married to the late Matt E. Severa for over 54 years. He preceded her in death on Jan 20, 2003.
Ann was a Roman Catholic and a member of Mary Mother of Hope Parish, St. Mary's Church. She was a loving homemaker for her family. Ann graduated from New Castle High School in 1941. She was a member of the Snappy Dragons Club and enjoyed gardening and raising flowers. Ann loved cooking and especially baking bread.
Survivors include a son James E. Severa of Hubbard, Ohio; a sister Emily A. Metz of New Castle, Pa; a number of nieces and nephews; and four grandchildren.
Along with her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her daughter Kathleen A. Bauer; sister Olga Bobosky; and a brother Joseph Dadejko.
Family and friends will be received from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept 3, at the Noga Funeral Home, Inc., 1142 S. Mill St. New Castle, Pa.
A blessing and committal service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept 3, at the Noga Funeral Home, Inc. The Rev. James Downs will Officiate. Burial will be in Madonna Cemetery.
