For the past 40 years, Russ has dedicated countless hours to building Noga Funeral Home, acting as a third generation funeral director. Russ has acted as the Coroner of Lawrence County for the past 18 years, married to Emma Noga of thirty seven years, and has three children, Joseph, Russell, and Christopher (deceased). Russ is an avid fisherman. |

| John J. Noga John, a second generation funeral director, was born in 1915 in New Castle and served in World War II in 1941. He is the former owner and partner of Noga Funeral Home and is still active after 62 years. John was licensed in 1939, joining his father Joseph at the original Long Avenue location. John and his father purchased and remodeled the current building, opening it in 1948. |

Russell S. Noga FD. acts as the vice-president and partner of Noga Funeral Home. He joined the family business in 1993 after working as a paramedic for 13 years, 9 of which as a flight paramedic. Rusty is the Deputy Coroner of Lawrence County and is married to his wife Anne with whom they have two children, Christopher M. Noga who is three years old, and Aidan C. Noga who is two years old. Rusty is also an avid golfer, hunter and a member of the Lawrence County Sportsman Club. |

| Ralph Nuzzo Ralph acts as the funeral home's aftercare consultant, helping families with social security, veterans documentation, and other pertinent forms necessary at the time of need. Ralph enjoys helping families through the difficult times. |
