Tammy L. Singer, 52, passed away the afternoon of January 5, 2020 at West Penn Hospital in Pittsburgh with her loving family at her side.
Tammy was born June 19, 1967 in New Castle, PA. She was the daughter of William E. , Jr. and Frances J. (Moore) Hiler. She was married to James M. Singer for 26 years. Tammy was of the Protestant faith. She was a graduate of Lawrence County Vo-Tech, class of 1985.
Tammy worked as a CNA for the last five years with Three Rivers Hospice/Family Home Health out of the Neshannock office; prior to that, she worked many years at Jameson Hospital. She volunteered many years for the National Cancer Society and Relay for Life; she sold daffodils on Wilmington Road. Tammy enjoyed painting, wood working and crafts. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family and friends, especially her daughter.
In addition to her parents and husband James, Tammy is survived by her daughter, Cheyanne M. Singer of Mahoningtown; three brothers, William E. (Regina) Hiler, III of Ellwood City, PA, John D. (Rosa) Hiler of New Bedford, PA, and Matthew (Jerrilyn) Hiler of New Castle; and many nieces and nephews.
Tammy was preceded in death by her grandparents and nephew, Ryne Hiler.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 9, 2020 from 2 to 6 p.m. at the Noga Funeral Home Inc. 1142 South Mill Street.
A Funeral Service will be held immediately following visitation at 6 p.m. in the funeral home. Pastor Glenn Crytzer will officiate.
