Adeijah Hope Johnson

Adeijah Hope Johnson, 22, of 611 Pearson St. New Castle Pa. passed away the evening of April 10, 2021.

Adeijah was born February 8, 1999 in New Castle. She was the daughter of Montral D. Johnson and Shawntelle Brown Johnson. Miss Johnson was of the Protestant faith.

Miss Johnson will be remembered by her family as a loving daughter, sister, and niece. She was known for her smile and how it would light up the room. Adeijah loved kids, her family and life itself. She also enjoyed doing hair and nails.

In addition to her parents, Adeijah is survived by two brothers, Davon Johnson and Damont Johnson both of New Castle; sister, Tejahnea Johnson of New Castle; six aunts, Victoria Robinson, Portia Jones, Desiree Wheale, Paula Johnson, Pamela Ligons, and Deneen Jones; four uncles, Ben Jones, Walter Jones, Steven Brown, and Keith Wheale; and numerous loving cousins.

Adeijah was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Betsy Wheale; Paternal grandmother, Sheila I. Barnett; two aunts, Rita Barnes, and Corrine Johnson; and her great-grandmothers, Corrine Powell and Edna Sankey.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 24, 2021 for 10 a.m. to 12 noon at the Noga Funeral Home Inc. 1142 Mill Street.

A Celebration of Life service will be conducted immediately following visitation in the funeral home. Apostle Maurice Trent of Lighthouse Cathedral and Apostle Dr. Gregory Schroeder of Fullness of Christ Church will officiate.
