Ann Marie Pendice, 91, of New Castle passed away the morning of May 5, 2024 at UPMC Jameson Care Center.
Ann was born May 8, 1932 in New Castle. She was the daughter of the late Felix and Maryann (Chabak) Kitzko. Ann was married to the late Daniel A. Pendice, he preceded her in death in 1996. They were married for 41 years. Mrs. Pendice was Roman Catholic and a member of Holy Spirit Parish. Ann was a graduate of New Castle High School, class of 1950.
Mrs. Pendice will be remembered by her family as a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother to her family. Ann volunteered her time at the Ladies of the Dukes. She was also a member of the Ladies Axillary of St. Vitus Church. Her greatest joy was spending time with her friends and family, especially her grandchildren.
Ann is survived by her son, Frank J. (Anna) Pendice of Monroeville, PA; three granddaughters, Ashley (Jimmy) Stradiot, Christina Pendice, and Elizabeth Pendice; two great-grandchildren, Cameron and Halle.
In addition to her parents and husband Daniel, Ann was preceded in death by her daughter, Debra Pendice; son, Daniel F. Pendice; and eight brothers, Steve, Daniel, Andy, Michael, Samuel, George, Joseph, and Felix Kitzko.
Private visitation and a Blessing Service were held earlier this week at the Noga Funeral Home Inc. 1142 Mill Street, New Castle. PA. Rev. Aaron Kriss Parochial Vicar of Holy Spirit Parish officiated. Burial was in St. Vitus Cemetery.
