David A. Sadler

David A. Sadler, 74 of 1610 Morris Street passed away the evening of Wednesday, June 14, 2023 at UPMC Jameson Hospital.

David was born April 24, 1949 in New Castle. He was the son of the late William A. and Merna M. (Silvis) Sadler. David was married to the former Joan Saul on July 23, 1966. They were married for 56 years and she survives at home.

Mr. Sadler worked for many years as a maintenance worker for General American.  He retired as a long haul trucker.  David enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson, his Yorkie Sadie and spending time with his family.

In addition to his wife, Joan, David is survived by his sons David A. Sadler and Bill R. Sadler Sr., both of New Castle; brother Steve (Judy) Sadler, Portersville, Sisters Merna, Cindy and Penny, and grandchildren David, Bill, Miranda Sadler, and Derrick Travers.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Family and friends will be received on Friday from 2-4 PM at Noga Funeral Home, 1142 S. Mill Street. Military Honors will be performed immediately following the visitation.
