Debra A. (Newman) Voland

Debra A. Voland, 65, of 1117 Agnew Street New Castle passed away the morning of September 10, 2020 at her residence.

Debra was born June 12, 1955 in Ellwood City, PA. She was the daughter of the late William E. and Mary R. (Makepeace) Newman. Debra was married to the late Harry Voland. They were married for 15 years. Debra was a high school graduate.

Debra is survived by two children, daughter, Georgette (Anthony) D’Ambrosia Sr. of New Castle; and son, Harry Voland of CA; three brothers, Kenneth Queen of New Castle, James (Angie) Yohe of WV; George Makepeace of New Castle; two sisters, Goldie (Wesley) Homner, and Sharon Makepeace, both of New Castle; seven grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband Harry, Debra was preceded in death by, three brothers, Raymond Yohe, Charles Queen, Jeff Spare; two sisters, Robin Carlin and Jacqueline Peters; two grandsons, Wayne Roth and Angelo D’Ambrosia.  

Following in her wishes, there are no calling hours or services scheduled at this time. Local arrangements were entrusted to the Noga Funeral Home Inc., 1142 Mill Street, New Castle.
