Dennis Michael Duncan, 74, of 2405 Gilmore Street passed away the morning of September 18, 2025 at his residence.
Dennis was born on July 9, 1951 in Nashville, TN. He was the son of the late Oscar Duncan and Gladys Elkins Johns. Dennis married the former Debbie L. Miller, on April 26, 1974. They were married for 51 years. She survives at home. Dennis was of the Protestant faith.
Dennis retired after several years of service as a Local Truck Driver with P & M Trucking. He also drove truck for Wallas Dairy Farm here in New Castle. Dennis was a member of the Slovak Club and Polish Falcons, Nest #146. He enjoyed playing pool, going to his camp, and was an avid hunter and fisherman in his early years. His greatest joy was spending time with his family and friends.
In addition to his wife Debra, Dennis is survived by his brother, Mark Duncan; and two sisters, Ruby “Carol” (David) Johnston, and Kathy Quear all of New Castle; and sister-in-law, Susan (John) Widelko
Dennis was preceded in death by his parents, and brother-in-law, Alex Quear.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 23, 2025 from 4 to 7 pm at the Noga Funeral Home Inc. 1142 Mill Street, New Castle.
A funeral service will be held immediately following visitation in the funeral home. Pastor Joseph Lahr of Cornerstone Community Church will officiate. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery.
