Genevieve E. (Peterson) Bluedorn

Genevieve Estella Bluedorn, 91, of Harlansburg passed away on December 15, 2020 peacefully at her residence.

Genevieve is married to the late, love of her life William Phillips Bluedorn for 62 loving years. She is the daughter of the late Genevieve Wilks Krem and the late Murray Peterson.

Genevieve was the most beautiful lady. She loved and adored her husband and her children. Genevieve could sing like a songbird. Her voice is amazing. She played the keyboard, harmonica, and tambourine. She loves the Lord and brought all her children and spouses to the Lord.

She loved her grandsons, Stephen Andrew Inman and Joshua Phillips Inman. They spent countless hours together. Genevieve loved her dog Mia a German Shepard. She fed the birds all her adult life and would have them feeding out of her hands. Genevieve was a Sunday school teacher for many years. She loved her students. Genevieve is a one of a kind mother and wife. She loved the Jewish people, and visited Israel. She is going to be greatly missed by her family. There is no one like her.

Genevieve is survived by her daughter, Holly Anne Bluedorn Inman, her son-in-law, Bruce Inman and their two sons, Stephen Andrew Inman and Joshua Phillips Inman and his wife Crystal Inman. She has two great-grandchildren, Kylee Rose Inman and Avary Eterna Inman. She also has a son, Hal Arnold Bluedorn and his wife Danae and their two daughters, Katherine and Sara; and her great grandchild Katalina. She has a daughter Gail Korn and her family and son Curtis Bluedorn and his family.  

Following Genevieve’s wishes there are no calling hours.

Arrangements were entrusted to the Noga Funeral Home, Inc. 1142 S. Mill Street, New Castle. Burial was in Oak Park Cemetery next to her loving husband.

Because of her love for her dog Mia, She asked that any contributions be donated to the Butler Humane Society, 1015 Evans City Road, Renfew, Pa 16053 on her behalf.

She is loving and kind, I will Miss my Mother and Father with all my heart. Love Holly Anne
