John A. Stewart Jr.

John A. Stewart, Jr., 71, of Norman, North Carolina passed away the morning of June 16, 2022 at his residence.

John was born September 13, 1950 in New Castle. He was the son of John A. and Yvonne J. (Fordney) Stewart Sr. John worked at the former Shenango China Company in New Castle and later as a self-employed Carpenter. Mr. Stewart enjoyed hunting, fishing, and being outdoors.

Mr. Stewart is survived by his parents, John A. and Yvonne Stewart, Sr. of Pulaski, PA; two sons, Jason A. Stewart and Brian J. Stewart, both of New Castle; one brother, Robert H. Stewart of Navasota, TX; one sister, Patricia Hixenbaugh of West Pittsburg, PA; and two grandchildren.

John was preceded in death by both his maternal and paternal grandparents, and daughter, Angela Stewart; and brother-in-law, Joe Hixenbaugh.
