Joseph F. Bodziach

Joseph F. Bodziach, 80 of Bodziach Road, passed away peacefully on the evening of November 12, 2022.

Joseph was born on October 20, 1942 in New Castle. He was the son of the late Joseph and Laura (Sniezek) Bodziach. Mr. Bodziach was of the Roman Catholic faith and attended Holy Spirit Parish. He was a graduate of Laurel High School class of 1960. Mr. Bodziach retired after 42 years from Agway and finished his working career at Wilson Excavating.  He also enjoyed farming and hunting. 

Mr. Bodziach is survived by his children, Joseph P. (Sue) Bodziach, Wexford, Patrice (Bill) Young, Harlansburg, and Tim P. Bodziach of Slippery Rock; brother, Theodore P. Bodziach, Poland OH, sister, Kathy A. (David) Brenner, Beaver, and 2 grandchildren Patrick and Robert Young.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Private services will be held on Thursday. Burial will take place at St. Philip and James Cemetery. The family is asking that memorial donations be made in Joseph's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 600 Waterfront Dr. Ste 210 Pittsburgh, PA 15222.
