Joyce L (Tarnaski) McClain

Joyce L. McClain was a caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend.  She peacefully passed away on September 8, 2022 surrounded by her loving family. 
She was born to Stanley and Myrtle Tarnaski on December 9, 1952.  After graduating from Mohawk High School, she worked at Perelman’s and Rose Jeweler for many years.  On August 26, 1978 she married her high school sweetheart Charles McClain.  Together, they had 2 daughters: Jessica and Kelly.  She and Chuck raised the girls with love and devotion in Mt. Jackson.  
Joyce enjoyed spending time in the kitchen, baking and cooking for her family.  She was known for Christmas cookie tradition that brought smiles to many.  She also enjoyed going to the casino, taking trips with her daughters, family dinners, and drinking coffee while watching game shows.  Most importantly, Joyce loved spending time with her family, especially her four grandchildren; Logan, Ava, Madison, and Benson.  
She was preceded in death by her parents, step father, and beloved husband. She is survived by her daughters; Jessica (Josh) Wessel and Kelly (Justin) Stafford; her grandchildren Logan and Ava Wessel and Madison and Benson Stafford; her sisters, Barbara (Harold) Wright and Darlene (Larry) Koprivnak; her brother John(Linda) Tarnaski as well as several nieces and nephews.
A light that shone so bright and was filled with caring, kindness, loyalty, love and so much more will be greatly missed but carried  on by her family.
Out of respect for Joyce’s wishes there will be no visitation. Arrangements entrusted to Noga Funeral Home, INC.
