Obituary
Lloyd E. Kelly , 86, of Wampum PA passed away the evening of January 16, 2023 at Quality Life Services, New Castle.
Lloyd was born on October 13, 1936 in Ellwood City. He was the son of the late Lloyd and Mabel Kelly. Lloyd married the former Judith Reitz October 5, 1957. Mr. Kelly was a graduate of Shenango High School.
After graduation Lloyd worked for 31 years at Babcock and Wilcox as an ultrasonic technician. After retirement he worked for 12 years at Koppel Steel. Lloyd enjoyed being a Boy Scout leader for many years, traveling across the country and Canada in their motor home and hunting and fishing at their camp in Tidiuote.
In addition to his wife Judith, Lloyd is survived by his daughter Lori Kelly; grandchildren Heather and Joshua Kelly and 5 great grandchildren.
Lloyd is preceded in death by his son Trooper Tod C. Kelly, 1 brother and 2 sisters.
There will be no services at this time. A Memorial Service will take place at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Noga Funeral Home, Inc.
