Mary G. (Forster) May

Mary G. May, 76, of 208 Winter Ave. passed away the afternoon of October 1, 2021 at UPMC Jameson Hospital.

Mary was born October 26, 1944 in New Castle. She was the daughter of the late Harold and Frances (Barrett) Forster. She was married to David N. May. He survives at home. They were married for 32 years. Mary was a graduate of New Castle High School, class of 1962.

Mrs. May will be remembered by her family as a loving sister, wife and mother. She enjoyed going to the beach and casinos with her family. Mary also loved doing crafts.

In addition to her husband David, she is survived by her son, Ronald (Christine) Valentine of New Castle; brother, George Forster of New Castle; sister, Patty A. Maiella of New Castle; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Mrs. May was preceded in death by her parents; two daughters, Debbie Egner and Patti Jo McConnell.

Following her wishes there are no calling hours or service scheduled at this time. Entombment will be in St. Mary’s Resurrection Mausoleum. Local arrangements were entrusted to the Noga Funeral Home, Inc. 1142 Mill Street, New Castle.
