Mary Jane Moore-Pugliese, 96 of Ozark, MO passed away from this world at her son’s home surrounded by family the morning of December 1, 2022.
Mary was born February 2, 1926 in Hillsville, PA. She was the daughter of the late Domenick and Mary (Robb) Pugliese. She was married to the late Lawrence K. Moore, Sr. He preceded her in death on October 3, 1998. They were married for 50 years. Mrs. Moore was of the Roman Catholic faith.
Mrs. Moore will be remembered by her family as an extraordinary and loving sibling, mother, wife, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother, aunt, godmother, friend and homemaker. She was a devout Catholic, and loved singing in the church choir. She was a classy dresser, great listener, pizzelle chef extraordinaire, and immaculate housekeeper. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren.
Mary is survived by her son, Ken (Nancy) Moore of Missouri; daughter, Pam (Darrell) Wall; brother, Bill Polis; three grandsons, Brian Moore, Blaine (Twilight) Moore, and Brent (Lily Leung) Moore; great-grandchildren, Rickelle Moore, Hunter (Brittini) Moore, Katrina Moore, and Ryan Moore; great-great grandchildren, Aiden, Terry, and Evelyn Moore; numerous nieces, nephews, admirers, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 15, 2022 from 4 to 8 pm at the Noga Funeral Home Inc. 1142 Mill Street.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, December 16, 2022 at Madonna Cemetery. Rev. Aaron Kriss parochial vicar of Holy Spirit Parish will officiate.
