Patricia M. (Jara) Mollick

Patricia M. Mollick, 86 of New Castle passed away the morning of July 18, 2024 at The Grove at New Wilmington.

Patricia was born January 8, 1938 in New Castle. She was the daughter of the late John and Helen Jara. Patricia married John P. Mollick on September 8 1958. He survives at home, they were married for 65 years. Patricia was of the Roman Catholic faith and attended the former SS Philip and James Church. Patricia was a graduate of New Castle High School, class of 1956.

Mrs. Mollick retired after numerous years of services with the former Bell Telephone Company as a long distance phone operator.  Patricia enjoyed going to the Casinos in Las Vegas with her husband John. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren.

In addition to her husband John, Patricia is survived by her son, John M. (Susan Pape-Mollick) Mollick of New Castle; and three grandchildren, Brooke (Aaron) Stasko Harmony, PA.; John Mollick of Pittsburgh, PA.; and Jason Mollick of New Castle.

Mrs. Mollick was preceded in death by her parents, and three sisters, Jane, Della, and Bernice.
