Ralph Fleeger

Ralph Fleeger Jr., 82, of New Castle passed away the morning of April 18, 2024 at the PA Soldiers and Sailors Home.

Ralph was born on January 16, 1942 in New Castle. He was the son of the late Ralph and Mary (Wrona) Fleeger Sr.

Following high school, Ralph enlisted in the United States Marine Corp. He was Honorably Discharged on December 18, 1966. He worked and retired as a steelworker.  Mr. Fleeger was very proud of being a Marine. He enjoyed coaching and umpiring his son’s sports when they were younger and was an avid Steeler’s fan.

Mr. Fleeger was survived by his sons Edward (Barbara) Fleeger, Jeff (V.J.) Fleeger, Todd Fleeger and Kevin Fleeger; sister Myra Beshara; 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother John Fleeger and sister Stella Gonet.

A Memorial Service will be held for Mr. Fleeger on Saturday April 27, 2024 at 11 AM at Noga Funeral Home, Inc., 1142 S. Mill Street, New Castle PA. Monsignor John Rencewicz will officiate.
