Roxine L. Gervase

Roxine Lucille Gervase, 76, formerly of Hazel Street passed away the evening of January 14, 2021 at The Grove of New Wilmington.

Roxine was born January 6, 1945 in New Castle. She was the daughter of the late Joseph and Rose M. (Zingaro) Gervase. Roxine was of the Roman Catholic faith and attended Holy Spirit Parish-St. Vitus Site.

Ms. Gervase was an avid reader and enjoyed listening to Elvis Presley. Roxine also enjoyed doing numerous different crafts and watching Soaps on television.

Roxine is survived by her sister, Mary Ann (Philip) Sunseri of New Castle; nephew Philip (Andrea) Sunseri of New Castle; four great-nephews, Philip Sunseri, Noah Sunseri, Henry (Sarah) Sniezek, and Aaron Sniezek; and two great-great nieces, RaeLynn Sniezek, Delainey Sniezek

In addition to her parents, Roxine was preceded in death by her brother, Joseph Anthony Gervase; and nieces, Sherry Sniezek.

Private visitation will be held for immediate family only at the Noga Funeral Home Inc. 1142 Mill Street.

Blessing and committal services will be held on Monday, January 18, 2021 at 11 a.m. at St Mary’s Cemetery. Seminarian Merv Knieriem of Holy Spirit Parish will officiate. Entombment will be in Resurrection Mausoleum.
