Terrence E. "T.O." Owens

Terrence E. “T.O.” Owens, 76, passed away August 24, 2026 at his residence. Terrence was born on April 6, 1950 to his mother, Theresa (Callahan) Owens, who survives and his late father, Edward G. Owens.

Terrence graduated from New Castle Area High School, class of 1968.  Terrence was the owner and operator of Terries Sales and Service for many years. He was an avid car enthusiast and loved to go golfing with his brother and friends.

In addition to his mother, Terrence is survived by his wife, Doreen A. Owens of Sanford, FL; his two daughters, Tara (Brian) Shifflett of Huntsville, AL and Erin Owens of Sanford, FL; three brothers, William (companion, Ronda Witkowski) Owens of New Castle, Ronald (Mary) Owens of Orlando, FL and Greg Owens of Pittsburgh, PA; four grandchildren, Kayla Hast, Samantha Hast, Ryan Bruss, and Rachel Bruss; four step-grandchildren, Tre Shifflett, Andrew Shifflett, Kayla Shifflett, and Lauren Shifflett; and four great-grandchildren.

Terrence was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents; and his father Edward G. Owens.

In following his wishes, visitation will be held on Sunday, August 30, 2026 from 2-4 pm at the Noga Funeral Home, Inc. 1142 S. Mill Street, New Castle. Burial will be in Oak Park Cemetery.
