Thomas R. Holmes

Thomas R. Holmes, 78 of Pulaski passed away the morning of November 16, 2025 with his family by his side.

Thomas was born March 29, 1947 in Pittsburgh, PA. He was the son of the late Robert and Jane Holmes. He married to the former Sylvia J. Slosnerick. She survives at home. Thomas was of the Roman Catholic faith and attended Holy Spirit Parish. Mr. Holmes was a graduate of Central High School, class of 1965.

Mr. Holmes retired in 2001, after numerous years of service as a truck driver for several local companies. Among those were Consolidated Freight, and McLean Trucking Company.  Thomas was a member and former officer of the Bessemer Rod and Gun Club. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, and playing golf. Thomas was an animal lover, he especially enjoyed time with his cats and dogs. His greatest joy was spending time with his family and friends.

In addition to his wife Sylvia, Thomas is survived by his two daughter, Kelly Fuch, Julie Rudich; son, Thomas R. Holms; and his step-daughter Namoi Boak.

Thomas was preceded in death by both his parents, and sister, Mary Wiemer.
