Vicki Miles Racine

Vicki Miles Racine, 67, of Hermitage, Pennsylvania, passed away October 21, 2026. Born in Korea and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, she was admired for her extraordinary intelligence, sharp wit, independence, and compassion for others.

Vicki dedicated her early career to helping disadvantaged youth pursue skilled trades and supporting displaced workers. She later became a successful manufacturing executive and founded Quality Manufacturing Services (QMS), a CNC manufacturing business in Cleveland, which she led as CEO for 11 years.

Vicki and her husband, Dennis Racine, met in 1989 while working together and married in 2008. A gifted leader and mentor, she stood up for the underdog and helped others succeed without seeking recognition. She was also a Taekwondo master who competed at the highest levels.

Vicki is survived by her husband, Dennis; her mother, Sang Pok Miles; siblings Roger Miles Sr., Stacey Miles, and Leah Miles; stepdaughter Katherine Thompson (Tommy); grandchildren, Alaina Kerr and Cade Thomas; and many nieces, nephews, extended family members, colleagues, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Samuel Miles Jr., and stepdaughter Kristine Racine Kerr. Vicki made a lasting difference in countless lives through her leadership, generosity, and quiet strength. She will be deeply missed and forever loved.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, October 30, 2026 in the All Saints Cemetery, 480 W. Highland Ave, Northfield OH. In keeping with the family’s wishes, a private service will be held for immediate family.
