Vincent C. Angiolelli, 86, formerly of New Castle, passed away the evening of April 18, 2023 at Windsor Estates, New Middletown, OH.
Vincent was born January 30, 1937 in New Castle. He was the son of the late Augustine and Josephine (Butch) Angiolelli. Vincent was married to the former Donna L. Hall for 60 years. She survives at home. Vincent was of the Roman Catholic faith and attended Holy Spirit Parish. Mr. Angiolelli was a graduate of New Castle High School, class of 1956.
Following graduation, Vincent enlisted in the United States Army on June 6, 1956, earning the Good Conduct Medal. He was Honorably Discharged on June 4, 1959. After working as a meat cutter for several local establishments, Vincent retired after 31 years of service as a Mill Shear Operator at Blair Strip Steel Company. Vincent was well versed with various musical instruments, and, in years past, played locally with several Polka bands. His greatest joy was spending time with his family and friends, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchild.
In addition to his wife Donna, Vincent is survived by three daughters, Lorene (William) McCaslin of John’s Island, SC; Cynthia (Robert) Flis of Poland, OH; Vincie (Paul) McMullen of Mt. Gretna, PA; one son, Michael (Marybeth) Angiolelli of Poland, OH.; brother, Gerald (June) Angiolelli of Myrtle Beach, SC.; two sisters, Anna (Joseph) Delia of New Castle; and Carmella (Dick) Champ, Hanover, Pa; eight grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Mr. Angiolelli was preceded in death by both his parents, brother, Nicholas Angiolelli, and son, Vincent M. Angiolelli
Burial was in St. Vitus Cemetery.
