William (Bill) E. Harvey

 William (Bill) E. Harvey, 52 of New Castle passed away the evening of July 6, 2023 at his residence.

Bill was born December 16, 1970 in New Castle. He was the son of Charles and Patricia (Hall) Harvey. They survive at home. Bill was of the Christian faith. Mr. Harvey was a graduate of Shenango High School, class of 1988. Mr. Harvey previously worked in various roles at Blair Strip Steel for 26 years. Bill enjoyed nature, outdoor activities including hunting, fishing, and kayaking.

In addition to his parents, Bill is survived by his daughter Kasaundra Harvey of New Castle; sister Charlene (Gary) Campbell of New Castle; two brothers James (Kathy) Harvey and Adam Harvey both of New Castle; former spouse of 19 years Krista Harvey; and several nieces and nephews

Mr. Harvey was preceded in death by both his grandparents, brother, Jason Harvey; nephew, Aaron Bame; and several aunts and uncles.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 9, 2023 from 2 to 4 pm at the Noga Funeral Home Inc. 1142 Mill Street, New Castle.

A funeral service will be conducted immediately following visitation in the funeral home. Rev. Matthew Bupp will officiate.
